Loan signing fees can vary depending on the size of the document package, travel distance, scanback requirements, and whether the appointment is after-hours. Below are common pricing ranges:
Standard Loan Signings
Buyer/Seller Packages: $125 – $175
Refinance Packages: $125 – $200
HELOCs / Loan Modifications: $100 – $150
Reverse Mortgages: $150 – $250
Additional Fees
Scanbacks (PDF return of signed docs): $25 – $40
Printing fee (2 sets, up to 150 pages each): $25 – $35
Travel fee (beyond 20 miles round trip): $0.65 – $1 per mile
After-Hours Fee (after 6 p.m., weekends, holidays): $25 – $50
No-Show / Less than 24 hour notice Cancellation: $50

When borrowers contact me directly (not through title/escrow), flat-rate pricing applies:
Loan Package Signing: $150 – $250, depending on package size and location.
